BTSMC Managing Solutions, Inc. is urgently looking for a PROCUREMENT SUPPORT to be assigned at MOA Complex, Pasay City.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Engineering or a related technical course (preferred)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Procurement, or Purchasing.

  • Experience in purchase order processing, vendor coordination, and documentation

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Willing to work on-site at MOA Complex, Pasay City.

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

Purchase Order Management

  • PO Conversion: Efficiently convert approved Purchase Requisitions (PRs) into complete and accurate Purchase Orders (POs) using the company’s ERP system.

  • Data Validation: Rigorously validate vendor details, item master data, technical specifications, pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines prior to the release of any PO.

  • Issuance: Official issuance of POs to suppliers and securing formal acknowledgments.

Supplier Coordination & Expediting

  • Commitment Tracking: Obtain and verify lead times and delivery commitments from suppliers to ensure alignment with project schedules.

  • Order Monitoring: Actively monitor all open orders to identify potential delays.

  • Expediting: Proactively follow up with suppliers to resolve issues related to delayed, short, or partial deliveries.

Compliance & Record Keeping

  • Documentation: Maintain organized, complete, and audit-ready procurement records.

  • Correspondence: Archive all supplier correspondence and documentation related to PO adjustments or disputes.

  • Process Integrity: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and audit requirements.

  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM

  • With 10 years' experience in Project Management, Construction Safety Management, Scheduling Management, Cost Control, Construction Management
  • With at least 1 year experience in Coal-fired Construction Project

Job Description

General Description:

The Mechanical Project Engineer is responsible to provide supervision on the installation and commissioning by ensuring the quality, timing, and sequence of the Process Mechanical Equipment work. This includes acting as a liaison, ensuring smooth communication between the field and the office and working with engineers and contractors to ensure the successful and efficient completion of a construction project.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review Contractor’s mechanical submittals such as but not limited to and expected for Project Mechanical Engineering Services:

(1) Mechanical design documents; drawings P&ID’s, schedule etc. to check compliance with Engineer’s comments

(2) Equipment and piping methodology, including test packs, validating and ensuring all is aligned with industry standards and modern installation procedure.

(3) Contractor’s method statements, job hazard analysis and ITP’s and ensure works are in compliance

(4) Participate in mentoring EPC in the crafting of Method Statements, TRA. Test Packs, and MOC presentations and reviews.

  • Review vendor data for equipment

(1) Confirm installation is done in accordance with vendor’s requirements

(2) Manufacturer's preservation procedure of equipment before, during and after installation.

  • Review Interfaces with other disciplines identifying installation conflicts and/or constructability issues such as but not limited to civil tie in’s with foundation pads and penetrations identifying cast-in requirements; plates, bolts
  • Review mechanical installation such as but not limited to:

(1) Installed materials are in accordance with approved submittals and vendor listing

(2) Inspect for correct quality of installation and raise site observation reports for non-compliance.

(3) installation sequence against the Primavera contract program and monitoring contractor’s labor & report any delays

(4) Conduct checking of installation and functional tests of mechanical systems and equipment

  • Prepare a daily site accomplishment report and present status at daily morning meetings
  • Actively participate in site safety walk down’s and tool box meetings
  • Ensure all verbal communications and instructions are properly recorded and communicated to the Construction Manager
  • Recommend and assist the contractor in resolution of construction issues
  • In coordination with QA, attend punch list inspections and prepare punch list reports with follow up for close out
  • Witness performance tests and availability tests with focus on mechanical systems and equipment, analyze failures and recommend reliability improvements
  • Witness factory acceptance tests (if required) and commissioning tests of mechanical systems and equipment
  • Assist in review of Contractor payment application against works accomplished
  • Support Procurement Department in the implementation in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
  • Monitor the transportation plan; delivery of mechanical material & equipment and their correct and proper storage by the Contractor
  • Attend and participate in weekly internal construction meetings and where directed attend meetings with the Contractor and other 3rd parties
  • Leads and Performs root cause analysis techniques to support the project teams in resolving difficult technical issues.
  • Review and signs off the EPC’s proposed project engineering change
  • Supports in setting up the maintenance basis prior to handover of the plant.
  • Produces concise technical reports and manages all relevant records in the designated document management system.

Job Description

General Description:

The Civil Project Engineer is responsible to provide supervision on the installation and commissioning by ensuring the quality, timing, and sequence of the Process structural work. Preferred candidate has (1) advanced topographical survey experience in plants and industrial facilities experience (2) Massive concreting and structural works experience (3) Advanced underground utilities experience such as storm drains, trenches and bored piling supporting foundations
