General Description:

The Project Site SHES Manager is responsible for managing the execution of the projects under the Project Pangarap scope of varying discipline, size, and complexity in accordance with the Project Life Cycle Management process.

The Role is responsible for effectively resourcing the project and manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Manages the timeliness, completeness and quality outputs Work Pack Preparers, allocating and utilizing resources in an efficient manner to maintain safe execution of work, under the direction of the Project Director; and for assisting the Project Director in identification of SHES initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee safety construction and activities across assigned project sites.

• Lead and coordinate with Owner's Engineer to prepare and implement SHES Project Plan.

• Lead effort in maintaining target Safety Index

• Deliver and coordinate work packages for both maintenance and project-related tasks in accordance with project schedules and requirements.

• Supervise and manage service contractors to ensure quality, safety, and health completion of work.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, construction standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Implement and monitor construction safety programs to maintain a safe working environment.

• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure adherence to plans and SHES specifications.

• Coordinate with internal teams, project stakeholders, and contractors to ensure safe project execution.

• Prepare and submit progress reports, site documentation, and project updates.

• Coordinate with Site and Contruction Manager for consolidation of report and programs.

• Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies related to project execution and safety.

• With at least 1 Coal-fired Construction Project experience

• Has experiences in Project Management, Construction Safety Management, Scheduling Management, Cost Control, Construction Management, Leadership Proficiency.

• Willing to be assigned in Toledo City

• Candidates with 15+ years total experience but less than 10 years construction experience will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

General Description:

The Electrical Project Engineer is responsible to provide supervision on the installation and commissioning by ensuring the quality, timing, and sequence of the process electrical equipment work. This includes acting as a liaison, ensuring smooth communication between the field and the office and working with engineers and contractors to ensure the successful and efficient completion of a construction project.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Review Contractor's electrical design submittals and documents; single line diagrams, schematic drawings, cable and raceway schedules, protection philosophy, electrical calculations, etc. to check compliance with Philippine Electrical Code and other similar International Standards.

• Review the electrical equipment vendor data and confirm installation is done in accordance with vendor's requirements.

• Review civil tie in's with foundation pads and penetrations identifying cast-in requirements; plates, bolts for the electrical equipment mounting.

• Review and comment on Contractor's method statements, job hazard analysis and ITP's.

• Review installed materials and equipment are in accordance with approved submittals and vendor listing.

• Review installation sequence and monitoring contractor's labor & report any delays.

• Recommend and assist the contractor in resolution of construction issues.

• In coordination with QA, attend punch list inspections and prepare punch list reports with follow up for close out.

• Monitor the transportation plan, delivery of electrical material & equipment and their correct and proper storage by the Contractor.

• Attend and participate in weekly internal construction meetings and where directed attend meetings with the Contractor and other 3rd parties.
